Tim Calvert

Chief Operating Officer

Tim Calvert, AmeriLife’s Chief Operating Officer, leads all back- and middle-office functions, including the company’s IT, enterprise data and third-party administrator groups. Tim also leads AmeriLife’s Strategy & Innovation team.

Prior to joining AmeriLife in 2020, Tim served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as the company’s global life insurance sector leader. Tim began his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he served as a Principal (Partner), while leading the company’s U.S. life, annuity and group insurance sector. During his time at BCG and Deloitte, Tim advised insurance sector clients on a range of topics, including business growth, distribution transformation, advanced data and analytics deployment, and digital transformation at the intersection of operations and technology.

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
