Frank Tebyani

President, Career Agency Distribution

Tapped for his current role in early 2019, Frank is responsible for over 700 agents in 45+ AmeriLife insurance offices. He concentrates on leadership, sales and business strategy for the Career Agency division.

Frank has been with AmeriLife nearly 30 years. His career with the company began in 1990, when he began as an agent in Ocala, Fla. The following year, he was promoted to General Manager in Roanoke, Va.

In 1994, Frank started a 14-year run at the AmeriLife insurance office in Charlotte, N.C., which was the top-producing office for 10 of those years.

In 2009, Frank was promoted to Regional Vice President for North Carolina and in 2010, for the entire Career Agency.

Frank was named Regional Vice President for the agency’s Northern Division in 2015 and Senior Vice President of Career Agency Sales in 2018.

Frank lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife, Jesica.

John Schrieffer

John Schrieffer

Vice President of Operations

John joined AmeriLife at the end of 2017. Named Vice President of Operations in January 2018, he oversees day-to-day activities within the AmeriLife insurance offices, with a focus on strategic planning and goal setting.

He began his 35-year career in the insurance and financial services industry as an agent and worked his way up at leading companies to home office roles as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Field Trainer, General Manager and Regional Vice President.

Prior to joining AmeriLife, John was a Senior Vice President and National Sales Director for AIG Financial Network in Nashville, Tenn.

John lives in Clearwater, Fla. with his wife, Pam. They have two adult children.
