Congratulations – we’ve completed another week, adapting the way we do business in response to the coronavirus pandemic!
On behalf of the executive team, thank you for your efforts and dedication to the company’s mission. Because of your hard work, we have remained operational and continue to provide peace of mind and help people live longer, healthier lives.
Microsoft Update Reminder
A reminder to leave your computer running after you finish work today. The AmeriLife IT Department will be installing a Microsoft update to all company computers over the weekend and throughout next week.
This request applies to associates working on-site and for those working remotely. Turning your computer off could result in it taking between 30 – 45 minutes to complete the update when you restart your computer.
Please contact ITSupport@AmeriLife.com if you have any questions about the Microsoft update.
Payroll Reminder
Our next payroll will be distributed on Friday, April 10. As a reminder, hourly associates should please make sure they are clocking in and out daily as required.
Associates who are required to clock in and clock out should notify their managers about any missed time punches over the last pay period.
Managers are required to review their associates’ time cards and make the necessary adjustments before submitting them to HR on Monday.
As you are aware, the HR Department is not authorized to make adjustments to associates’ time cards. Only managers are authorized to make time card adjustments.
Please contact HR@AmeriLife.com if you have any questions about how to make time card adjustments.
