David Paul Appointed to ICMG Board of Directors
Last month, AmeriLife announced that our own David Paul, Vice President of Life and Annuity for Health, had been appointed to the Inter-Company Marketing Group Board of Directors. In this new role, he will serve as Chair of the Networking Committee.
Founded in 1985, ICMG is the industry’s premier non-profit association, dedicated to creating meaningful business connections among carriers, distributors, and third-party administrators. AmeriLife leaders have been feeding Forbes readers with thoughtful and informative content, including Mike Vietri, Executive Vice President, Distribution, and Senior Advisor to the Office of the CEO. In his article “Closing The Gap In Distribution Through Culture And Retention,” Mike examines how empowering, training, and retaining current agents can help address today’s recruitment woes.
Scotty Elliot, Chief Distribution Officer for Health, voiced his own perspective on the importance of a “lead by example” management approach in avoiding ethical and compliance issues in his article, “Why Ethics In Insurance Distribution Is A Leadership Issue, Not A Compliance One.”
