Integration further strengthens SMA’s downline portfolio of high-performing companies.
Senior Market Advisors (SMA), one of the fastest growing field marketing organizations (FMO) in the insurance space and an affiliate of AmeriLife Group, LLC (“AmeriLife”), announced today that it has acquired an interest in Mullen Insurance Services (MIS), a family owned-and-operated insurance agency that specializes in the distribution of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) solutions throughout the southwest United States. The partnership expands SMA’s geographical footprint in the region and will allow SMA to leverage MIS’ long-standing relationships with top insurance carriers in its markets. Per the agreement, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mullen Insurance Services, which was founded in 1987, will continue to operate as a stand-alone organization as part of SMA’s downline; it will also continue to be led by its founder, president and CEO James Mullen, reporting to Clay, and based at its Newhope, Arkansas, headquarters.
