AmeriLife announces Tracy Merry as its new vice president of Accounting and Financial Reporting. Merry will manage the Clearwater-based company’s financial reporting, accounting and finance functions. AmeriLife is a national leader in the development, marketing and distribution of annuity, life and health insurance solutions.
Her responsibilities will also include overseeing financial audits and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Merry most recently worked at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, Inc. in St. Petersburg, where she rose from manager, investment reporting to senior director, financial reporting. Before that, she held accounting and financial roles with Lewis, Birch & Ricardo, LLC, and Achieva Credit Union.
Merry is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Accounting.
