AmeriLife continues to broaden its partnership with The Arc Tampa Bay as a Geranium Sponsor of the 48th Annual Omelette Party, the signature fund-raising event for The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation.

Organized each year by a volunteer committee of community leaders, the Omelette Party – hosted each spring at the home of a local supporter – has raised more than $4 million since its inception in 1967. This year’s formal gathering will be at a Belleair residence on the evening of Friday, April 17.

The Arc Tampa Bay – headquartered at The Long Center on Belcher Road in Clearwater – is a non-profit organization that has served thousands of community citizens with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1962.

New York City’s famous chef and “Omelette King” Rudy Stanish was the featured Chef of the Omelette Party for more than three decades. Dinner, provided by Carlouel Yacht Club and specialty omeletts by Locale Market’s Chef Don Pintabona, will be served on the home’s property overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

“The Arc Tampa Bay does more good for more people in more ways than just about any other organization in Pinellas County,” said AmeriLife’s CEO Timothy O. North. He and his wife, Heather, hosted The Arc Tampa Bay’s Omelette Party at their Belleair home in 2014.

AmeriLife has supported The Arc Tampa Bay for several years with volunteers and in-kind contributions, and as the title sponsor of the annual Christmas holiday Festival of Trees Presented by AmeriLife.

AmeriLife joined other individuals and corporate citizens this year supporting The Omelette Party in flower-themed sponsor categories: Orchid, Hydrangea, Geranium and Tulip. This year’s Omelette Party is co-chaired by Ann and Joe Douglas and Karen and Ron Seel, and a committee of 20 volunteers.
