AmeriLife’s Leadership Ranks Expand

Three industry specialists were promoted to leadership roles with the nation’s premier annuity, life and health insurance marketing group, AmeriLife®, headquartered in Clearwater, Fla. The national marketing group also brought aboard a new Corporate Insurance Manager.

Bryan Dreisbach was named Vice President of Product Development, and will guide the Product Development Group (PDG). An authority on Medicare Supplement structure, pricing and competitive analysis, the former Director of Medicare Supplement/Competition will pilot AmeriLife’s strategy, development and introduction of new insurance products.

“I cannot think of a more qualified professional to work in concert with our carrier partners in designing new products,” said Charlie Thalheimer, AmeriLife’s Executive Vice President and Actuary. “Bryan’s familiarity with Medicare-related insurance products is unparalleled.”

Dreisbach began work with AmeriLife six years ago as a Senior Financial Analyst, and spent the last four years in PDG. As Vice President, he will coordinate his division’s functions with AmeriLife’s massive distribution network and other organizational stakeholders involved in bringing new insurance products to market.

Stephanie Espiritu, a former Executive Assistant in AmeriLife’s corporate office, is now the Director of Carrier Relations in PDG. With five years’ experience in working closely with AmeriLife’s partners, Espiritu will facilitate Dreisbach’s integration with carrier representatives, and build and expand those relationships in developing and optimizing AmeriLife’s product portfolio.

AmeriLife also promoted Lisa Hloska, the Vice President of Analytics and Reporting for Career Agencies, to Vice President of Research and Distribution Analytics. Hloska held several positions in her five years with AmeriLife, leveraging her education and industry expertise in identifying consumer trends, defining strategic planning and targeting functional opportunities. Hloska’s experience in finance, marketing, sales and analytics make her uniquely qualified for her role in leading the research team.

Precious Bradford began work in January as Corporate Insurance Manager; she will help manage AmeriLife’s Error & Omission (E&O) insurance and Renewal Purchase programs. A former insurance underwriter, client services senior manager and product manager, Bradford’s role is instrumental in achieving the company’s revenue and growth objectives for both of these programs.
