AmeriLife, a national leader in the development, marketing and distribution of annuity, life and health solutions, has named Matthew Graham vice president, Managed Care Solutions.
In this role, Graham will direct all activities at the corporate level related to Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Program (PDP) plans. He will also coordinate go-to-market strategies and other aspects of AmeriLife’s MA and PDP initiatives.
“More than 22 million Americans are enrolled in Medicare, and that number grows each day,” said Mike Vietri, chief distribution and marketing officer. “As a leader in the MA and PDP marketplace, AmeriLife must take advantage of emerging opportunities and direct a tactical focus on this strategic business line.”
According to Vietri, Graham has years of experience, an intimate knowledge of the MA/PDP landscape, strong carrier relationships and respect within the MA/PDP community. “Matt has the talent and expertise to expand these programs,” Vietri said.
Graham joined AmeriLife in 2005 and has had an accomplished career with the organization. He started as a marketer with Medicare Advantage Services and has held a number of other roles with the company, including overseeing operations at AmeriLife’s Nebraska-based affiliate, Midwestern Marketing. More recently, Graham has been a champion for the company’s MA and PDP initiatives and various direct-to-consumer projects.
“MA and PDP are critical elements of the AmeriLife business plan,” said Graham. “I am looking forward to leveraging the popularity of these programs to help more Medicare beneficiaries identify the coverage that works best for them.”
