Jerry Cwiok
Vice President of Operations
Jerry Cwiok is an insurance executive with experience in systems analysis, brokerage and agency operations, IT, marketing, e-commerce, underwriting and new business. Prior to joining the AmeriLife team, Jerry was President of Zurich Kemper’s Agency Business Unit, as well as ING’s Fixed Annuity Operations, and Chief Operating Officer of ING’s U.S. Life Group. As Vice President of Operations with AmeriLife, Jerry oversees the organization’s insurance operations, including its third-party administration group and Career operations. Jerry is a University of Illinois graduate and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

He also has experience as a career agent, trainer, and sales manager.

Mr. Schwartz has over eighteen years of experience in project management and process improvement in the marine and health care industries. He administered the dealership acquisition and IT project management operations at MarineMax for 13 years and was the Business Process Reengineering Manager at Decollate. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been PMP trained utilizing the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge guidelines.

Ms. Atkinson has over 28 years experience in the life and health insurance industry, specializing in Insurance Administration of New Business, commission, agent and policyholder services.
She served as Admistrator of the Career Division at AmeriLife for 12 years, Vice President of Administration and now currently oversees American Publishing. Her recent accomplishments include the expansion of American Publishing's multi-media production capacities to support and service the career and strategic business units along with the marketing companies.
