Clearwater, FL - Two long-time insurance executives, each with an expansive background in the healthcare-related insurance industry, recently joined AmeriLife, the nation’s largest privately owned insurance agency of its type.
Jerry Cwiok, former president of ING Insurance Fixed Annuity Operations in Iowa, and Philip Passantino, formerly the president and COO of Sandata Technologies in New York, assumed management positions with AmeriLife Group, LLC, of Clearwater.
Mr. Cwiok, an insurance executive with a career in systems analysis, brokerage and agency operations, IT, marketing, e-commerce, underwriting and New Business, assumes oversight of AmeriLife’s vast Insurance Operations, comprised of Third-Party Administration and Career Operations.
Mr. Passantino, who earned his MBA at Cornell University and has extensive experience in operating Health Maintenance Organizations, will work with AmeriLife staff to integrate Ameri-Plus, LLC and American Network Management Services, LLC, to develop the continually expanding network of hospitals affiliated with AmeriLife.
